🗓️ Thursday, 23rd October 2025
🕓 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
📍 Chartered Governance Institute

ℹ️ Free event

Board meetings aren’t just governance rituals, they’re the engine room where alignment is built and execution gains momentum. This session explores how to structure meetings that sharpen leadership focus, connect strategy to action, and support faster, more confident decisions, especially in moments of transition or transformation.

In this engaging interactive session, we will discuss areas such as:

✔️ Setting the Right Agenda – how to prioritize strategic issues over operational updates
✔️ Technology & Tools – using digital platforms to streamline prep, track action items, and foster collaboration between meetings.
✔️Board–Management Alignment – creating shared clarity around goals, priorities, and measures of success.
✔️Measuring Board Effectiveness – ways to evaluate whether meetings are driving impact versus just fulfilling obligations.
✔️Boardroom Dynamics – managing different perspectives, encouraging healthy debate, and avoiding groupthink.

Join Sherpany and The Chartered Governance Institute in London for an exclusive, interactive session designed to prepare the boards of today for tomorrow’s challenges.

Registration is free of charge. Places are limited and priority will be given to members of the Board of Directors and Corporate Affairs Department. We reserve the right to reject registrations based on profile to allow participants to meet their colleagues.
