AI in the Boardroom brings together leaders, directors, and governance experts to examine how AI, strategic foresight, and modern decision-making are reshaping board effectiveness. The event focuses on how boards navigate complexity, interpret emerging risks, and make high-stakes strategic decisions in an AI-driven environment.
The summit opens with a panel featuring Rt Hon. Justine Greening, former UK Cabinet Minister, and Dr. Sina Wulfmeyer, AI leader, moderated by Peter Swabey of the Chartered Governance Institute. The discussion will explore how AI is influencing board decision-making, regulatory expectations, and enterprise risk.
Sharon Constançon will bring to the panel a practical governance perspective, focusing on how AI risk and policy are translated into decisions that stand up to board-level scrutiny.
This is followed by Terri Le Couteur, who will share practical approaches to strengthening board effectiveness and building decision-making confidence in an AI-enabled environment.
In addition to the panel discussions, the summit includes a series of focused, practical workshops designed specifically for board directors and governance professionals. These sessions move beyond theory to address how AI and strategic decision-making are applied in practice.
Attendees will gain concrete tools, approaches, and governance perspectives they can take directly back into their organisations to strengthen board effectiveness and decision-making.
